| FWC is using RealBRIDGE to create and deploy a web-based property budgeting system to over 50 propertites. The model is based on their spreadsheet templates and includes sections for revenue, expense and capital forecasting. The model is integrated with Yardi, RealHound and ADP.

| RealBRIDGE Corporate Budget
| Overhead budgets are also running on the RealBRIDGE platform. They have developed a set of master templates for forecasting personnel, asset acquisition, partnership accounting and cost center operations. This model is integrated with the property budget model for a total, consolidated company budget.
