| RealBRIDGE Property Budgets
| AMLI uses RealBRIDGE to deploy spreadsheet-based property budgets over the intenet to all their properties. RealBRIDGE interfaces with Oracle Financials to display historical activity in the template, allows the property manager to enter budget assumptions, and property accounting used RealBRIDGE to consolidate the budget amounts and produce the final budget reports.

| RealBRIDGE Market Research
| AMLI is also using RealBRIDGE to manage a Market Research model that captures data about comparable properties across the AMLI portfolio and allows managers to run reports showing rent and occupancy trends of the market in comparison to their own properties.

| RealBRIDGE Distribution Model
| RealBRIDGE is used to automate the management of a cash distribution model for AMLI Partnerships. By standardizing the model and using RealBRIGE to replicate the template and centralize the data, AMLI has been able to streamline the distribution process.

| RealBRIDGE is used to develop a projection model, that forecasts property and portfolio performance, including distributions based on the specific parameters of each partnership.

| RealBRIDGE Amortization Model
| RealBRIDGE manages and deploys a complex amortization template. This model allows the accounting department to accurately forecast payments due for any type of loan. This model is used in conjunction with historical accounting payments for reconciliations and to determine future payment requirements.
