| Monitored legal issues and worked with outside counsel to develop strategies, budgets and monitor the disposition at both the partnership and the asset level.

| Partnership Wind-down
| Monitor final disposition of partnership and wind-down of partnership's activities, including overseeing environmental remediation, information systems, archival of records, government reporting, establishment of long-term oversight processes for 10-year post-partnership monitoring term.
