Alan Melville, Senior Vice President Mr. Melville serves as SVP of CW Capital Asset Management. In addition to his duties in business development, engagement management and application/solution design, he consults in the areas of business operations, strategic planning, information services and project/administrative management. Before joining CW Capital, he served as founder and CEO of Insight Associates. Prior experience includes a variety of analytical, strategic and senior management roles in the investment and real estate industries, including Sr. Manager, Brazos Asset Management; SVP & CIO, American Real Estate Group; MIS Manager, Colony Advisors; VP Strategic Planning, AREG; AVP Financial Reporting, American Savings & Loan. He received BS in Finance and a BA in Humanities from Brigham Young University.
	Scott Keith, Senior Vice President Mr. Keith serves as SVP of CW Capital Asset Management. His duties include the areas of systems architecture, design and development, project management and application development in all technical environments. Before joining CW Capital, he was as a founder and served as a senior manager of Insight Associates for 20 years. From 1991-1993, he served as Manager for Brazos Asset Management and Lead Systems Architect for American Real Estate Group. Prior to that, he was a Systems Engineer and Applications Programmer for the Department of Defense. He received a Bachelor's degree from Cal State, Stanislaus.
	Dave Hackett, Senior Vice President Mr. Hackett serves as SVP of CW Capital Asset Management. His duties include in the areas of engagement management, systems analysis, design and development for financial and banking systems in all environments. Before joining CW Capital, he was as a founder and served as a CRO and senior manager of Insight Associates for 20 years. From 1991-1993, he served as Financial Systems Manager for Brazos Asset Management and American Real Estate Group. Prior to that, he was a Financial Systems Engineer with EDS for 8 years. He received a BS in Computer Science, from Cal State, Stanislaus.
	Geoff Griffin, Senior Vice President Mr. Griffin serves as SVP of CW Capital Asset Management. His duties include project management, applications design and development, management of MIS operations in all technical environments. Before joining CW Capital, he was as a founder and served as a senior manager of Insight Associates for 20 years. From 1991-1993, he served as Applications Manager for Brazos Asset Management and American Real Estate Group. Prior to that, he was Manager of Application Development with American Real Estate Group. He received a BS in Computer Science from Devry Institute of Technology.
	Jerry Hilton, Product Engineer Mr Hilton is responsible for Product and Customer Support for RealBRIDGE and CAMS family of products; including Installation, Configuration and Integration on Client, Network and Internet Platforms. Responsible for Version release management, testing in all environments. Before joining CW Capital, he was IT Manager and Network Engineer at Insight Associates for 12 years. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and received a B.S. in Business Administration from Northwestern State University.
